Form Settings

Customize how your form behaves after submission and configure notifications. Access form settings by clicking on a form, then clicking Settings.

After Submission

Thank You Message

The message shown to users after they submit your form. Make it friendly and let them know what happens next.

Example: "Thanks for reaching out! We'll get back to you within 24 hours."

Redirect URL

Instead of showing a thank you message, you can redirect users to another page. This is useful for sending them to a dedicated thank you page on your website, or to a calendar booking link.

Leave this empty to show the thank you message instead.

Notifications

Email Notifications (Pro)

Get an email every time someone submits your form. Great for staying on top of new leads or important inquiries even when you're away from the dashboard.

Integrations

Webhooks (Pro)

Send submission data to external services like Zapier, Make, or your own backend. Each webhook receives a POST request with the submission data in JSON format.

You can add multiple webhooks per form and optionally add a signing secret for security verification.

Branding

Hide Branding (Pro)

Remove the "Powered by SendForm.live" badge from your form for a cleaner, white-label appearance.

Privacy

Privacy Notice

Add a consent checkbox that users must agree to before submitting. This is important for GDPR compliance. Learn more about privacy notices.

Danger Zone

At the bottom of the settings page, you can delete your form. This is permanent and will remove all submissions too.
