Can I try Pro features before upgrading?
Yes! Sign up for free and explore the dashboard. When you're ready for webhooks, email notifications, and unlimited forms, upgrade to Pro in one click.
What happens if I hit my submission limit?
On the Free plan, you can receive up to 50 submissions per month. If you reach the limit, new submissions will be rejected until the next month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited submissions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, through our payment partner Polar. When you upgrade you're taken to polar.sh to pay and then returned to your dashboard. Your card details never touch our servers.
Why does my card statement or receipt say Polar, not SendForm?
Polar (polar.sh) is our merchant of record: they take the payment, issue the receipt and handle sales tax on our behalf. So the receipt email comes from Polar, and the charge on your card statement won't say 'SendForm.live'. It's the same subscription — you can manage or cancel it from the Billing card in your account page.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first Pro payment, contact us and we'll refund what you paid in full. No questions asked.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your forms stay intact, but Pro features like webhooks, email notifications and custom branding are disabled. Important: retention drops to 30 days and applies to everything you've collected, not just new submissions — so submissions older than 30 days are deleted on the next daily cleanup. Export anything you want to keep before you downgrade.
