- Free plan: 30 days
- Pro plan: 1 year

- Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (Clerk for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting, Polar for payments, Resend for sending notification emails, and Google Analytics for website usage measurement)

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are required for the Service to work and cannot be turned off.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, and browser details. This is analytics, not advertising: we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your information.
Analytics only runs if you accept it. We do not load Google Analytics until you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, or simply never answer, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
You can also block analytics cookies using your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the Service.
8. Form Respondent Data
As a form creator, you are the data controller for information collected through your forms. You are responsible for:

We act as a data processor on your behalf, storing and processing submissions according to your instructions.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
