All payments for SendForm.live Pro subscriptions are processed through our partner, Polar.sh.
Payment Processing
When you upgrade to Pro, you'll be redirected to Polar.sh to complete your payment securely. Polar.sh handles all payment processing, including:
- Credit and debit card payments
- Subscription billing and renewals
- Payment receipts and invoices
- Refund processing
Managing Your Subscription
To manage your Pro subscription, you can access the Polar customer portal:
- Go to your Account page in the dashboard
- Click "Manage Subscription" in the Billing section
- Or visit polar.sh/sendformlive/portal directly
From the Polar portal, you can:
- View your subscription status
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices and receipts
- Cancel your subscription
Refunds
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with SendForm Pro, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll process a full refund.
Refunds are handled manually on a case-by-case basis. Once we process your refund through our payment provider (Polar), your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan.
Note: Payment processing fees charged by credit card networks cannot be recovered on refunds.

For payment method updates, invoices, and subscription management, visit the Polar customer portal.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
- After your subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your forms and data are preserved (subject to Free plan retention limits)
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain Pro features
To cancel, visit the Polar customer portal and manage your subscription.
