1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SendForm.live ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SendForm.live provides a form creation and submission management platform that allows users to create forms, collect submissions, and receive real-time notifications.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Collect personal data without proper consent
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you collect through forms complies with applicable privacy laws and that you have obtained necessary consents from your form respondents.
6. Service Plans and Billing
The Service offers both free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- All payments are processed by our payment partner, Polar.sh
Refunds
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for Pro subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
Refunds are processed manually on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, your refund will be processed through our payment provider (Polar) and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Payment processing fees charged by credit card networks cannot be recovered on refunds.
7. Data Retention
Submission data is retained according to your plan:
- Free plan: 30 days
- Pro plan: 1 year
After the retention period, data is automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SendForm.live and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or collect through the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendForm.live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
